Maxim – the UK’s largest live office park development – is getting ready to go live with the appointment of Broadgate Estates Ltd to manage the £330 million development.  Broadgate Estates has been handed a five-year contract to manage 750,000 sq.ft. of office space over the 10 buildings that comprise Maxim, together with 6 industrial units extending to 450,000 sq.ft.  The firm will advise on property management with asset management to be undertaken by Tritax.

Law firm CMS Cameron McKenna, headquartered in London with Scottish offices in Edinburgh and Aberdeen has committed to lease 8,000 sq ft office accommodation at 6 Queens Road, Aberdeen. The building, which is currently under refurbishment and extension, will be completed in April 2009 and has been taken on a 15 year lease at £27/sqft, in a deal which reflects the continuing strength of the Aberdeen office market.
